  Your personalized nutrition plan begins with a phone call, next comes the W.I.S.E computerized Nutrition Evaluation. Rose will email it to you to complete and return. Your answers will allow her to develop strategies and recommendations to put food to work for you!​

Rose is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist. She can help you learn which foods will help you fight inflammation and keep you pain-free.

Please note that a nutritional assessment is only available as an add-on to a One on One Sew Smart ergonomic consultation.
