Personal Training Policies & Procedures
Your Session :
Personal training sessions are typically 60 minutes long.
30 - 45 minute sessions are considered a full session.
Please bring clean indoor footwear, water and a small towel if needed.
Call or email (not text) 24 hours in advance if you cannot make your training session. Appointments cancelled with fewer than 24 hours notice will be counted towards your package. Ideally appointments are rescheduled within the same week or we can double up the following week to stay on track.
Package Expiration/Refund Policy:
All personal training or nutrition counselling sessions must be completed within six (6) months from the date of purchase. All packages are non-refundable/non-transferable.
